Leadership Training, Mentor Training and More

We are incredibly proud of our mentor training and leadership training programs. We offer a wide variety of services to community organizations and schools to institute what we call “normative culture.” We can teach you how to mentor effectively and institute a true change in your community. We specialize in gang intervention, substance awareness, human sexuality and a host of other community concerns. 

Effective leadership is not just something you’re born with—it can be learned. We provide the tools and skills to build every member of your community into an effective leader.

Available Services:

• Assessment Services – We can spend several days in your school and determine where the problems lie and then train faculty, staff and students to deal with these issues.
• Rites of Passage – This program effectively helps teens transition into adulthood by helping them understand the roles of an “Adult” in society.
• Telecommunications – We can help determine where surveillance is necessary in your school and then set up the appropriate equipment to monitor the troubled areas of your school.
• Mentoring – We will help your organization or school develop a mentoring program to build self-esteem and encourage daily life skills.
• Mommy and Daddy, Can I Have a Moment of Your Time? – This program teaches adults and parents the importance of being actively involved in your child’s life to instill values.
